1. Scope of Services. Indianpure acts exclusively as a botanical consulting and raw materials sourcing intermediary. We do not manufacture, repackage, or take ownership of any physical goods. All supply agreements are directly between the client and the verified producer.
2. Authenticity & Compliance. Our ingredient verification reports (GC-MS, HPLC, heavy metal analysis) reflect the condition of the sample at the time of testing. Variations in storage, transport, or handling after dispatch may alter the chemical profile. Clients are responsible for confirming that final formulations meet their local regulatory requirements.
3. Biodiversity & Biosecurity. All sourced botanicals comply with the Nagoya Protocol on Access and Benefit-Sharing and relevant Indian biodiversity laws. Documentation such as CITES certificates, benefit-sharing agreements, and phytosanitary certificates are provided where applicable. It is the client’s duty to ensure these documents satisfy their import jurisdiction.
4. Formulation Support. Technical recommendations from our chemical engineers are advisory in nature. Stability, efficacy, and safety of the final product remain the sole responsibility of the client’s formulation team. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes in any finished cosmetic or personal care product.
5. Confidentiality. All proprietary formulas, sourcing strategies, and audit findings shared with Indianpure are treated as confidential. We will not disclose client-specific information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability. Indianpure’s total liability arising from any consulting engagement or sourcing transaction shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of production or market opportunity.
